This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for SiteTrustWatch.
SiteTrustWatch subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for our paid subscriptions.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Refund requests
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law, Paddle's buyer terms, and the circumstances of the request.
Where local consumer protection laws provide a longer or mandatory withdrawal or refund right, those rights will apply.
EU / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom
Consumers may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from the first subscription payment and receive a refund, subject to applicable rules for digital services.
Israel / Turkey
Consumers may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from some digital service contracts and receive a refund.
Renewals
Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by Paddle on a case-by-case basis.
Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund through Paddle.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund using one of the following methods:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction email
- Use the billing or subscription management link in your account
- Contact Paddle buyer support

Please include your account email and order information when contacting support.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Access after refund
If a refund is approved, access to the paid subscription features may be removed.
